Stick a fork in me, I’m done! Whether self imposed, or externally imposed, giving up the struggle sometimes opens us to see the new day dawning. It frees us to see other options we were blind to before.


A great personal crisis or darkness of the soul is over except for the post mortem. As you look back before you completely release it, be sure to understand your own role in the happenings. The mind can be a harsh task master when it turns in on itself. Let the light in. See what needs to be seen. Learn the lesson. Let go.

The self-inflicted pain, whatever your flavor, is over. The epiphany or pinnacle is reached. Enlightenment achieved. The pain and mental torture had to happen for growth. Now look at the lesson and plan accordingly because you’ve already walked through the door of the next cycle.
