How many of us actually take time out to just think? We’re so activity focused in the world today, it seems counterproductive to most to just…think. The 4 of Swords tells us that it’s not only helpful, but necessary in order to maintain good health physically, mentally and spiritually. So, cocoon, rest, think, take some time to actually plan rather than just react.

Reversed:

Lack of ability to focus on one thing. Scattered in thought, unable to settle down enough to get the things done you want to. Take a moment to breath. It might help your focus.
